At this year’s Baselworld, Breitling is set to introduce a special, all-white version of both the Bentley GT and the Bentley GT Racing. These “ice” editions provide a unique look while maintaining their distinguished 44.8mm size that is more compact than any of the other Breitling for Bentley models. The new look includes an ice white dial with a matching white rubber strap.
Both models are reminiscent of Bentley vehicles with rimmed counters, dials that evoke the look of the Bentley Grand Tourer dashboard and knurled bezels that resemble the marque’s control buttons. The two versions differ in their finishing; the Bentley GT Ice has a steel case with an all-polished finish, while the Bentley GT Racing Ice version has a finish that alternates between satin-brushed upper surfaces and polished sides.
The self-winding Breitling Calibre 13B chronograph movement is used to drive both Bentley watches and is COSC certified. Each watch boasts the day and date at 3 o’clock like the standard Bentley GT and Bentley GT Racing models. Both “ice” models should make for great summer watches. I am pumped to see what models the brand comes out with outside of the Bentley line.
I’d like it better on the bracelet. The white strap is nice, but a bit too feminine for me.
